A safe submarine you build at home. A dry-cabin model of a submarine, called AquaSub, does not require a wet suit or scuba gear. However, the submarine only submerges 40" below the surface of the water. Pontoons on the ends of arms stay on the surface of water to provide a steady supply of fresh air to the cabin.
