AVAILABILITY:  Only three copies of the index exist. It may be used in the Harold B. Lee library at the Brigham Young University. Photocopies of all or part of the index can be arranged (for a fee).
SCOPE OF INDEX:  An index to a student newspaper. Covers personal names, Colleges and Departments at BYU, and subjects such as accreditation, admissions, alumni, events, associations, organizations, buildings, athletics, debates, dramas, elections, enrollment, faculty, classes, awards, radio programs (involving students) and any other person or activity making news on BYU campus.
FORMAT OF INDEX:  A single alphabetical listing with both subjects and personal name subject headings. All uppercase computer printout in two columns has been reduced to 8½x11 inch pages. Each entry consists of a headline or a brief descriptions, plus the month, day, year, volume, number and page where the article will be found.
SIZE OF INDEX:  A 257 page index with approximately 65 entries per page.
