AVAILABILITY:  Only one copy of this card file index exists. It must be used in the Moye Library.
SCOPE OF INDEX:  Indexes all names (personal, place, organization, etc) and subject indexing for general articles. Pictures and certain advertisements of denominational value are also cited.
FORMAT OF INDEX:  A 3x5 card file index, with both subjects and names interfiled in the same alphabet. Entries consist only of the citation (month, day, year and page) where the article appeared.
SIZE OF INDEX:  About 2,500 entries per year are added to the current index. Retrospective indexing form 1923 is an on-going project.
