AVAILABILITY:  Only one copy of this index exists. It is available for public use on Tuesdays and Saturdays when the Heritage Room of the Cedar Rapids Public Library is open. The Linn County Heritage Society will also do research for a fee of $3 per hour.
SCOPE OF INDEX:  "Dear Genie" is a genealogical column in the newspaper. The index includes every name mentioned in the column and gives the date of column publication in which the names appeared.
FORMAT OF INDEX:  Typewritten on 8½x11 inch pages.
