Satinwood secretary desk is a replica of one in the Museum of Art and Industry (Vienna, Austria) circa 1790. The top cabinet has four small drawers and two cupboards and a shaped gallery top. The writing surface is hinged to fold out and is supported by the single drawer beneath it. The legs are squared tapers with metal ferrules at the foot. The desk has elaborate inlay and painted decoration. Dimensions: 26" wide, 16" deep and 44" high.
