FORMAT OF INDEX:  A 3x5 card file index which has been reproduced on microfilm. Arrangement is alphabetical by subject and personal name. Entries consist of a brief description of article, followed by the month, day, and year of the paper. Frequently used terms are often abbreviated.
SIZE OF INDEX:  A total of 28,800 entries on some 5000 cards.
