FORMAT OF INDEX:  A 3x5 card file index arranged in alphabetical order according to subject. Each card consists of several entries. Each entry begins with the citation (month, day, year, page) and is followed by the headline or a brief description of the article.
SIZE OF INDEX:  About 160 entries per month are added to the current index.
