SCOPE OF INDEX: All newspaper clippings (articles) related to the topic of Canadian water resources, including water, ice, snow, glaciers, and other water-related stories, as found in Canadian newspapers (An annual average of 109 titles). |
FORMAT OF INDEX: This index is a computerized data base consisting of summaries of newspaper clippings (articles). Each summary consists of the headline, newspaper name, year, month, day, page, province, document type (e.g. article or feature story), and a brief summary of the article's content. If applicable, the river basin name is also included. |
SIZE OF INDEX: About 15,000 summaries of clippings are added to the data base each year. |
