AVAILABILITY:  Only one copy of this 3x5 card file index exists. It must be used in the Reference Dept. of the library.
SCOPE OF INDEX:  Indexes only those items relating to the California State University (Fresno), its faculty, students, programs,...etc.
FORMAT OF INDEX:  A 3x5 card file index. A separate section for full time faculty members. Each entry consists of the citation (day, month, year, page, section, column) followed by a brief description of the article. There is usually more than one citation per card. The cards are numbered within each subject to keep them in order.
SIZE OF INDEX:  Eleven catalog drawers of cards. About 1,500 new entries per year are added to the index.
