The cards are arranged in alphabetical order by subject. Each card contains many entries. Each entry consists of the headline followed by the page and date (mo-dy-yr) where the article may be found. |
SIZE OF INDEX: Approximately 200 entries per month are added to the current index which occupies both sides of soome 3,500 3x5 file cards. |
