SCOPE OF INDEX: Only articles relating to Haddonfield or Haddonfield residents are included. Special attention is given to biographical information, marriages and obituaries. Excluded from the index are upcoming meeting announcements, engagements, information on college students, resident's vacation trips and sporting events (except in the case of a championship or unusually significant game). |
FORMAT OF INDEX: A 3x5 card file index in alphabetical order by subject or personal name. The cards are handwritten and consist of the subject followed by one or more entries. Each entry consists of the headline, newspaper code, issue volume & number, page number, month, day, and year. |
SIZE OF INDEX: About 90 cards per month are added to the current index. |
