A copy of the index and the corresponding newspapers are available for public use in the Idaho State University Library, who compiled the original index.

FORMAT OF INDEX:  Originally a 3x5 card file index, the alphabetical file has been recorded on 16mm microfilm. A typical card has the date of the paper in the upper left hand corner and the page in the upper right hand corner. Following is the title or headline, the author, an annotation and the subject heading, each on a separate line.
