SCOPE OF INDEX:  The Daily Nebraskan is the student newspaper at the University of Nebraska. All events at the university, names of speakers, professors, and all subjects relevant to student activities and concerns are indexed.
FORMAT OF INDEX:  This 3x5 card file index has subjects and personal names interfiled in a single alphabetical order. The entries are handwritten on the cards and consist of the headline, followed by the volume and issue number, page, month, day, and year.
SIZE OF INDEX:  Approximately 25,000 entries.
