AVAILABILITY:  Only one copy of this index exists. It must be used in the Sausalito Public Library.
SCOPE OF INDEX:  An index to the local weekly newspaper which covers political news, columns on art, music, books, ballet, several personal writers, and general area news.
FORMAT OF INDEX:  This index is handwritten on 3x5 cards. There are plans to type it. The index is divided into two sections: SUBJECTS and PERSONAL NAMES. Each card consists of the subject heading or personal name, plus the date of the newspaper. There is no headline or descriptive information about the article listed on the entry cards.
